Our goal is to empower all people, particularly women, to become leaders. Women in ministry is not a new idea. Having women participate in leadership roles is not a new idea. We are committed to fostering intellectual, spiritual and leadership opportunities for women in all aspects of ministry. There are several places on this site for people to share their thoughts on how to have a full and inclusive ministry; a place to discuss how to have a complete and inclusive worship experience.

It is hoped that this space will be an opportunity for people to investigate our diversity of thought and to do so in a healthy way. Blessings as we take this journey.
